Epic Update : BSE Sensex drops 400 pts

The Sensex is down 427.12 points at 19836.59, and the Nifty is down 137.80 points at 5874.30. Declining shares outpaced advancing ones by 1280 to 874 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
