Manappuram Finance has received an approval to acquire one Housing Finance Company named ‘Milestone Home Finance Company’ as a 100% subsidiary of the company and to execute the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the shareholders of Milestone Home Finance Company. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 11, 2014 and extended to March 12, 2014 has approved for the same.
