Bajaj Holdings Update by Epic Research

Bajaj Holdings and Investment has sold about 2.75 lakh shares of Force Motors through the open market route. The shares were sold for Rs 2.42 crore between July 7 and July 11, 2014. This stake sale reduced Bajaj Holdings’ stake in the company to 11.04% from 13.13% earlier.
