ICICI Bank is planning to open branches in Australia, South Africa and Mauritius. In this regard, the bank has received the regulatory clearances from the Reserve Bank of India. Additionally, the bank is planning to set up a full-fledged branch in China during FY15, as part of its global expansion plans. Moreover, the bank would continue expanding its branch network in India during the fiscal.
