Blue Star has introduced a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) for the workmen at its Bharuch Plant in state of Gujarat. This year in April, the company was planning to set up its new manufacturing plant for room air-conditioners and deep freezers at Karnataka and Seemandhra.
