The Fed Can't Raise Interest Rates

No matter how much Janet Yellen would like to, she simply cannot raise interest rates. The reason? The obvious decline of the US economy into recession. This chart makes that decline abundantly clear: It will soon be obvious even to the FOMC that raising rates is exactly the wrong thing to do.
