The Indian Equity market closed gains on Tuesday extending rising to second consecutive trading session. However, selling pressure in the power, telecom, FMCG, and some metals stocks dragged indices off day’s high finally.
Oil & Gas, Auto, realty, private sectors bank, and capital goods stocks today higher. BSE Midcap and Smallcap stocks ended with high.
Among ONGC, Axis Bank, UltraTech Cements HDFC, BPCL, Asian paints, Gail and HCL Tech were top Gainers on NSE, while Eicher motors, NTPC, Aurobindo pharma, Adani ports, Kotak mahindra and Tata motors were top losers today.
The BSE Sensex closed high 120.38 points or 0.47% at 25773.61, The Sensex opened 25756.14 and touched a high of 25927 and touch a low of 25734.
The NSE Nifty ended up 30 points or 0.38% at 7890.75, The Nifty opened 7896.85 and touch an Intraday high of 7940 and low of 7880.
