Indian rupee opens higher at 69.8/$; 10-yr bond yield at 7.37%

The rupee jumped 40 paise on Friday to finish at an over one-week high of 69.95 against the US currency.

The Indian rupee has opened at 69.80 per US dollar against previous close of 69.94 per dollar.
