The Germans Need To Be Spied Upon

Angela Merkel is upset that the NSA has been listening to her phone calls. Germany, let's get something straight: You were the country which exterminated millions of innocent people during the world war which you started in 1914 and which did not end until 1945, a period of 31 years which included the Great Depression—something that you caused by your warmongering ways. You will be spied upon because the rest of the world is afraid of a recurrence of the disease you harbor within yourselves. Get used to it. It's because of the flaws in your character which demands that the world listens to your phone calls. Don't forget it. We just don't trust you.
