Epic Update : Sensex ends higher for 3rd day

The Sensex rose 40.08 points to 20,890.82, in addition to a 656-point rally seen in previous two sessions. The Nifty closed above the 6,200 level for the first time since November 6, gaining points 14.35 points to 6,203.35.
