United Bank of India has reportedly opened 50 branches in Assam. The branches were inaugurated by Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi. With this, the bank now has 244 branches in the Assam. Among the 50 branches opened, Guwahati region will get 16, followed by Nagaon region 13, Dibrugarh region 9, Cachar region 8 and Sivasagar region 4.
