Ambuja Cements has received an approval from High Court of Gujarat and New Delhi for Scheme of Amalgamation of Holcim India with itself. The High Court of Gujarat Kailash Vijayvargiya has also approved the reduction of capital of the Company as envisaged in the Scheme.
