Epic Research Update : Asian Markets

The Asian markets were trading mixed on Monday with Japanese and South Korean markets shut for holidays.

The China’s April HSBC manufacturing PMI was at 48.1 against 48, MoM. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng was flat at 22,249.70.

China’s Shanghai Composite shed 0.33 percent or 6.74 points at 2,019.62.

Singapore’s Straits Times was up 0.15 percent or 4.80 points at 3,257.35.

Taiwan’s Taiwan Weighted was up 0.10 percent or 8.96 points at 8,876.28.
