HSIL has received an approval for acquisition of Kamakhaya Engineering Works, a Proprietorship Firm, having its manufacturing unit situated at 50-A, Shiv Ganga Industrial Estate, Lakeshwari, Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, engaged in manufacturing of moulds and dies on a going concern basis for a consideration not exceeding Rs 40 lakhs, subject to terms and conditions set out in the draft agreement.
