INOX Leisure, India’s premium multiplex brand, has invested Rs 15 lakh in the Equity Shares of Shouri Properties (SPPL). The Shares have been allotted by SPPL to the Company on November 24, 2014. Accordingly, SPPL has become subsidiary of the Company with effect from November 24, 2014.
