Financial Technologies(India) (FTIL) has received an approval for sale of Bourse Africa (BAL), Mauritius. The board of directors at their meeting held on January 06, 2015 has approved the postal ballot notice for obtaining shareholders’ approval for sale of BAL, by FT Group Investments.
