Sensex, Nifty under pressure; HDFC, GAIL, ONGC laggards

The market is under pressure. The Sensex is down 79.28 points at 27608.02 and the Nifty down 27.00 points at 8346.65. About 1040 shares have advanced, 600 shares declined, and 134 shares are unchanged.

Hero MotoCorp, Tata Power, Bharti Airtel, Infosys and Wipro are top gainers in the Sensex. The losers are HDFC, GAIL, ONGC, Tata Motors and HUL.
