Market Closing:- The Market has closed lower, The 30-share Sensex down 189.04 points or 0.67% at 27878.27, it was touched a high of 28095.97 and touch a low of 27739.13. the 50-share nifty index falls 41.25 points or 0.48% at 8477.30, it was touched a high of 8530.60 and touch a low of 8428.05. About 1447 shares have advanced, 1423 shares declined and 144 shares are unchanged.
Among Tata Steel 3.99%, SBI 3.95%, Gail 2.17%, Sun Pharma 0.83%, Coal India 0.68%, Wipro 0.26%, ICICI bank 0.22% were Sensex gainers while Cipla 4.93%, Hindalco Inds 2.68%, ZEE Ent 2.55%, ONGC 2.37%, Hero motocrop 2.29%, M&M 1.97%, Sesa Goa 1.96%, Dr. Reddy’s 1.79%, RIL 1.68%, HDFC 1.57%, Tata power 1.51% were nifty losers today.
