Rally continues on Wall Street as panic is sitting in for those looking from outside. Indices are @ absolute high of the day.

S&P 500 @ 2116.43, high 2116.48, low 2097.51

Internals are positive by by almost 2 to 1.

Oil UP $2.05

Gold Down $20.30

Canadian $ UP 45 tick @ 69.54

VIX Down 1.20% @ 13.98..lowest level since August, 2015.
