The Sensex closed up 50.29 points or 0.21% at 24485.95, it was touched a high of 24650.57 and touch a low of 24433.67. 

The Nifty index ended high 13.70 points or 0.18% at 7436.15, it was touched a high of 7487.15 and touch a low of 7421.20. 

Nifty Gainers- Cairn 5.14%, Tata steel 2.93%, Sun Pharma 2.37%, ICICI Bank 1.87%, Ambuja Cements 1.81%, ONGC 1.64%, Coal India 1.59%. 

Nifty Losers- LT 2.67%, Gail 2.52%, Hero motocrop 1.99%, Tata Motors 1.67%, Adani ports 1.67%, BHEL 1.56%, M&M 1.41%, Lupin 1.40%, Axis Bank 1.18%, SBIN 0.98%.
