Indices closed down .10% to .16%.....

Indices closed down on lower oil as OPEC starts their production freeze mechanism in Doha, Qatar, Iran is sending a junior representative as per their unwilling to cut production due to sanctions. Indices did make a new higher highs for 2016.

S&P 500 @ 2080.73, low 2076.31, high 2083.22

RSI @ 63.45

CMF @ 0.144

Internals were :

Down volume led by 1.02 to 1 in NYSE & 1.03 to 1 in Nasdaq

Declining stocks led by .87 to 1 in NYSE & 1.04 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 83 in NYSE & 36 in Nasdaq

VIX Down .73% @ 13.62

Oil @ $40.36

Gold @ $1234.60

Canadian $ @ .7142
