Wall Street ended mixed on Monday after a rally in Allergan Plc and other healthcare companies offset a decline in energy shares.
The Dow Jones industrial average ended down 0.2 percent at 17,705.91 points while the S&P 500 edged up 0.08 percent to 2,058.69. The Nasdaq Composite added 0.3 percent to 4,750.21, helped by a 2.45-percent rally in the Nasdaq biotech index.
