Down volume led by 31.69 to 1 in NYSE & 10.18 to 1 in Nasdaq

Declining stocks led by 19.30 to 1 in NYSE & 6.16 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 9 in NYSE & lows by 1 in Nasdaq

VIX UP 39.89% @ 17.50

Oil @ $45.88

Gold @ $1334.50

Canadian $ @ .6967
