Rupee opens at 68.08 per dollar; gains 13 paise

The Indian rupee has opened higher by 13 paise at 68.08 per dollar on Tuesday against previous close 68.21.

The USD-INR pair is expected to trade within a range of 67.90-68.20/dollar today, he feels.
