Down volume led by 1.03 to 1 in NYSE & 1.50 to 1 in Nasdaq

Declining stocks led by 1.56 to 1 in NYSE & 2.16 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk lows were leading by 121 in NYSE & 91 in Nasdaq

VIX UP .42% @ 12.05

Oil @ $75.23

Gold @ $1207.00

About market, TAPE closed near low of the day and only Dow closed UP. Internals were all negative. TAPE is faltering badly for 2 days with internals being leading indicator of  weakness, I am extremely uncomfortable with this TAPE and may see downside action accelerating. I have taken defensive action by reducing my exposure by 30%.
