Relief rally boosts WallStreet on US-China trade truce

The DowJones Industrial Average rose 287.97 points, or 1.13 percent, to 25,826.43, the S&P 500 gained 30.2 points, or 1.09 percent, to 2,790.37 and the Nasdaq Composite added 110.98 points, or 1.51 percent, to 7,441.51.

Wall Street’s major indexes rallied on Monday following a truce between the UnitedStates and China in their trade dispute, which has clouded the outlook for the stock market for much of the year.
