GoldRateToday: Gold prices slip amid rally in equities

A fall in demand by local jewellers at the spot market, weak global sentiment and dollar’s rise against its global peers weighed on domestic prices.

The MCXGold was trading at Rs 31,783 per 10 grams, down by Rs 73, while MCXSilver was trading Rs 63 lower at Rs 37,210 a kilo around 10:25 am.
