Indices UP .21% to .30%...NICE!!!!

Indices are higher after release of Fed policy statement, no change in Interest rates, but 8 Fed official see lower rates in 2019 despite banner headline of no lower rate in 2019....

S&P 500 @ 2923.14, high 2929.77, low 2911.43

Internals are positive.

Canadian $ UP 67 tick @ .6691

VIX Down .13% @ 15.13
