Indices UP .42% to .57%....NICE !!!!

Indices are higher and Dow went into a new all time high, thanks to tweet from President Trump saying close to important deal and willingness to cancel new tariff and cut current tariff into half...pretty significant step for resolving trade issues.

S&P 500 @ 3157.48, high 3176.28, low 3138.47

Internals are positive by 1.6 to 1

Oil UP 61 cents

Gold Down $2.80

Canadian $ Down 16 tick @ .6813

VIX Down 1.80% @ 14.72..high 15.55 low 13.60

Most stocks are UP

CIEN earnings report was a beat in Sales as they are
taking away market share from other suppliers. 
EPS was a miss by 5 cents. Sales beat was enough to propel
CIENA by 18.02% so far in heavy trading.
