About market, TAPE zig zagged whole day and closed in green, that is a victory in itself. Signing ceremony became a thank you event for friends, donors and trade delegation in detail, not a way to keep guest waiting on important mission. DOW, S&P 500 and Nasdaq all made new all time highs today but only DOW & S&P 500 made a new all time close.
