About market, TAPE closed UP after struggling whole day UP Down then UP. This is a typical action near support. Internals were mostly negative. Hopefully we should have a strong close on Friday. Democrats are coming UP with new stimulus proposal of $2.4 trillion, hopefully Republican can come up from their $1.5 trillion talking point.
