US stocks rose on Tuesday, snapping a three-day losing streak as investors bought beaten-down social media and Internet shares.US stocks climbed on Tuesday , with the Nasdaq Composite bouncing back from its worst three-day hit since 2011, as investors sought recently hammered social media and Internet shares such as Google, Facebook and Amazon.com.
Dow Jones industrial average were capped by a decline in bank stocks. Goldman Sachs Group fell 1.3 percent to end at USD 156.56. JPMorgan Chase & Co slipped 0.3 percent to close at USD 58.85.
